  • It is very important for you to inform us if you are porting your phone number(s) to a new carrier. If you are porting, please provide us with the estimated porting date. We will cancel only at or after that date. If you do not provide a date and Aptela cancels your account before porting has been completed, you number(s) will no longer work and you may lose your number(s) permanently. Please note that your new carrier will not notify Aptela when porting has been completed. It is your responsibility to let Aptela know when we should cancel your account.
