Handsets
Aptela offers and supports a wide range of business IP handsets. When you purchase a phone from Aptela, you can rest assured that your handsets are fully configured and ready for use as soon as you receive them. Aptela will provide on-going support, including warranty returns, for new phones purchased through Aptela.

We believe strongly in empowering our customers with the ability to choose the best possible handsets for their business, and as a result, we have designed our technology to work with the widest possible range of IP phones.
We have published configuration guides for many handsets, which are available via our support section. If phones are purchased from third parties, the customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility and proper configuration. Aptela will provide configuration support upon request at a cost of $50 per handset.
Headsets
Aptela also offers IP-compatible headsets to provide hands-free telephone communications. We offer a wide range of wired and wireless headsets to meet your hands-free telephone needs. Aptela will facilitate manufacturer returns for faulty headsets if they are under warranty. However, ongoing support or other returns will not be available for headsets.
