Customer Training
Whether you are a small business owner new to VoIP or an experienced IT Director who’s going to serve as the Account Operator in a mid-sized company, you probably have questions about our phone service. Aptela’s Customer Training, designed by Aptela clients for Aptela clients, has been created to help you quickly and easily understand the power of our application and associated services. The sooner you are able to get up-to-speed, the sooner you can concentrate on running your business, not on managing your phone system. Our training program is designed to help you independently control your business communication needs 24/7, anytime anywhere.
Training sessions, offered as live instructor-lead webinars, cover account set-up, user, department and call tree management, product demonstrations, and various tips and tricks on using Aptela features. These webinars are free to all customers and partners.
Aptela Application and Phone Training for Users (Duration: 1 Hour)
The objectives of this training session are to:
- Help new Aptela users get started with Aptela account set-up.
- Show how to use the most common features of the Aptela application.
- Inform about the benefits of this powerful tool and how to leverage them to manage your communication needs on a daily basis.
Who should attend:
- This training is recommended to all Aptela Users.
- It is strongly recommended for all Account Operators who have administrative rights to their Aptela accounts. Account Operators may choose to train their users internally using the training material as the Train-the-Trainer documentation.

Aptela Application and Phone Training for Account Operators (Duration: 1.5 Hours)
The objectives of this training are to:
- Help Account Operators independently manage their business communication needs.
- Instruct Account Operators how to access the Operator account, manage user accounts and departments, and build and edit a call tree.
Who should attend:
- This training session is tailored to Account Operators, who have administrative rights to their Aptela accounts.
- Account Operators are recommended to take the Aptela Application and Phone Training for USERS as a prerequisite for attending this training session.
