We have been customers since December 2010. Porting and set up were a breeze. The system is easy to use. The call quality and reliability is very good. When we have had to contact customer service the support is great. The owner loves the ability to flip calls from the desk phone to cell phones (Follow Me function) and the ability to listen to his voice messages from the computer instead of the handset.
Last but not least is that the price is very reasonable. We will definitely refer others to Aptela.
