I was really reluctant to move to VoIP for my company, but I investigated and asked lots of questions and talked with my regular service phone guru. I finally decided the investment was small and the returns would be huge in both finance and flexibility and I am thrilled. There are few things that I think you can buy and really feel like you have gotten great value. This is one of them for me. I honestly don't know how phone service could be better than this. This Aptela system is simply awesome...and the quality is actually better than our old wired system.
