I have been an Aptela Customer for several years now and I am very satisfied with the service. Aptela offers a lot of value for the cost and the functional flexibility and variety have made a big difference in our business being able to become more virtual and to project a professional image. As a small business owner, I don't have a lot of time to deal with infrastructure issues so having a reliable phone service that could get up and running quickly and then remain reliable is critical to our success. Of course, nothing is perfect but I have found the people at Aptela to be very responsive to fix problems and also make suggestions and educate me on how to utilize my services better.
