  • Polaris cable for all other Polycom SoundPoint IP phones ($14.99); or
  • M22 Universal Amplifier works for any Polycom SoundPoint phone, recommend for IP 321/331 ($89.99)
    • The amplifier is recommended for persons who are on the phone 4 or more hours per day.
    • The amplifier delivers improved call quality, reduces background noise, echo management, volume and mute controls and Quick Disconnect.

If you purchase phones from a supplier other than Aptela, you are responsible for ensuring compatibility and proper configuration. To help you, we have published handset configuration guides. You can access them in our support section. Upon request, Aptela can provide configuration support at a cost of $50 per handset.
