Announce Caller

As calls come into any extension, an announcement identifies who is on the call and for which department the call is intended. This Hosted VoIP feature is particularly useful when the person taking the call belongs to multiple departments.

Anywhere Menu

Audio Conferencing

Call Answering Rules

This Hosted VoIP feature allows you to configure your system quickly and easily. Incoming calls can ring multiple phones or extensions at once or call them one at a time. Call History

User Dashboard

This web-based dashboard presents all key features at your fingertips: missed phone, voicemail and fax messages, active call display, Find Me management and access to the company phone book and personal contacts for click-to-call functionality. Available from any PC or laptop with an Internet connection.

User Line Presence

View real-time presence for all employees to see who is on/off the phone and available to take or make calls. Available from the User Dashboard, one click will initiate calls to available colleagues.

Warm Transfer

Allows you to put a caller on hold, call a third party, hang up and resume the conversation with the caller.
