Create an auto attendant schedule to support the unique hours of your business. Assign attendant menus to play during the time and day periods you identify. All accounts receive one free attendant schedule with their Aptela service. Additional attendants may be purchased as an add-on service.

Dial by Extension
Allows callers to reach employees by dialing their extension at any time during the auto attendant greeting.
Dial by Name
Allows callers to reach an employee by dialing the letters of the employee's first or last name.
Holiday Schedule
Enables a group administrator to create and designate business holidays with unique schedules greetings for your designated company holidays.
Pre- and Post-Menu Transfer
This option will immediately transfer incoming calls to an extension or department prior to the greeting and attendant menu. One example is a company who wishes a receptionist to answer the phone and have the auto attendant play only if the receptionist is busy or away. You may also decide to transfer the caller to a phone number, department or extension after the attendant menu plays and no selection has been made.
Update Greeting Remotely
Allows a group administrator to update the company greetings or menu items remotely, when necessary. For example, if your office closes due to inclement weather, you can create a modified greeting from wherever you are.
