Virtual Transfer
While on a call, press ## to access call management features such as transfer, call recording and send to voicemail. There is no difference in functionality whether the user is at their desk or on a mobile phone.
Warm Transfer
Allows you to put a caller on hold, call a third party, hang up and resume the conversation with the caller.

Set up a sub-group of extensions to handle incoming calls Choose from multiple ring options, call screening and audio announcements options. Departments can be referenced from the Call Tree or directly with a dedicated phone number—or both. Also known as "Hunt Group."
Dial by Extension
Allows callers to reach employees by dialing their extension at any time during the auto attendant greeting.
Dial by Name
Allows callers to reach an employee by dialing the letters of the employee's first or last name.
Holiday Schedule
Enables a group administrator to designate business holidays and set a unique after hours greeting for those scheduled dates.
Night Attendant

Record User Names

Agent Log-in/Log-off

Multiple Call Distribution Policies
The group can set uniform distribution rules to route incoming calls to the available agents.
No Answer Policy
Calls that have been distributed to agents—but are not answered within a specific number of rings—are redirected to the next available agent. After all agents have been visited once, the call can either be forwarded to an external number or placed back in the queue.
