Linksys WIP330 WiFi phone

Aptela does not provide free service or support for Linksys phones.

Provided below are settings for the WIP330 which should help with configuration.

WIP330 Settings

01) Proxy IP = voip.aptela.com
02) Proxy Port = 5060
03) Register Proxy IP = voip.aptela.com
04) Register Proxy IP Port = 5060
05) Outbound IP = voip.aptela.com
06) Outbound IP Port = 5060
07) Expire Time = 60
08) Display Name= Name
09) Phone Number = username.groupname
10) User Name = username.groupname
11) Password = 16 digit random number.
To find your SIP password, log into www.aptela.com/my-account/ as the account operator. Click on Settings and then About to get the SIP password
12) Payload Type = G.711u, G.729
13) Packet Time = Small
14) DTMF Relay = Enabled
15) UDP Port = 5060
16) RTP Port = 10000
17) Session Timer = 300
18) SIP Format = Normal


Please note that we do not have a WIP phone in house so while these settings have been verified as working with help from clients, we can provide very little support if they do not. The most common settings to check if the phone does not register are the user name and password settings.
