Any Polycom SoundPoint IP phone not purchased through Aptela was not
pre-configured to work with Aptela. These phones will need to be
manually configured to use Aptela phone service. Configuration instructions are detailed in the guide to the right (see attachments box). NOTE: The Account Operator will need to provide FTP information to users who need to setup the phone themselves. Related Articles User Guides |
