How to Receive Email Notifications for Departments (Groups)

Notifications can be sent for voicemails, call recordings, faxes, and calls to a department. All standard users and departments have notification options included with the extension. Only the Account Operator or Department Manager can setup and manage notification settings for departments. Please note that fax notifications can be setup and modified by the Account Operator only.
