How do I configure the Linksys adapter for voicemail?

Open a web browser and enter your ATA's IP address. This will take you to a webpage to set up experience.

    • To get the IP Address, first connect a phone to the ATA. Using the phone, enter the star button four times (****). Then enter 110#. The IP address is announced to you via the handset. Note: you don't have to have a dial tone to access the ATA's menu.

Click "Admin login"
Click "Advanced View"

Change the following settings:

Select the tab "Line1" or "Line2"
Look for "Dial Plan" and change it to the following:

(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.|[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|<*123:voicemail@aptela.com>)

Select the tab "Line1" or "Line2"
Go to "Proxy and Registration"
Change "Voice Mail Server" to the following:

sip:username.groupname@aptela.com

Click the Save/Submit button at the bottom.

*123 on the phone should now bring up your voicemail.
