How to Change/Personalize your User Login Password or Voicemail PIN

To change your login password or voicemail PIN, you will need to access your Aptela account via the web portal.  The login password is used to access the Aptela web portal.  The voiceail PIN is used to access the Aptela Voicemail System.

  • Notes:
    • If you forget your User password, click here for instructions to retrieve your forgotten password.
    • If you forget your PIN, you will have to create a new one using the above instructions.
    • If you are unable to retrieve your login password, you will need to contact your Account Operator, who will need to provide you with a new password and/or voicemail PIN (the Account Operator can access instructions here.)



How to change the password or PIN:
1.  Log in to the Aptela User account
2.  Select Settings from the Navigation Bar
3.  Click on the My Account tab
4.  The "Edit Power User" screen will appear
5.  To change the password:
a.  Enter and confirm a new login password in the Password and Re-type Password fields.  The password must contain both letters and numbers, and be at least six characters long



6.  To change the PIN:
a.  Scroll to the section named Account Information
b.  To the right of the page, find the Password and/or PIN fields
c.  Enter and confirm a new voicemail PIN in the PIN and Re-type PIN fields. The PIN must be of four digits long



7.  Scroll to the bottom and click Save
