How to Change the Audio Format for your Voicemail Notifications (.wav vs mp3)

Voicemail notifications received via email can be sent in either MP3 or .wav format.  To select the format of your choosing, follow the below instructions.
  1. Log in to the Aptela account either as the User or as the Account Operator
    • Users:
      • Select Settings
      • Click on My Account
    • Account Operators:
      • Select People from the Navigation Bar
      • Click the name for the user(s) you wish to make changes to
  2. Scroll down to Call Customization
  3. Next to Voicemail Notification Format, select the required format
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
  • Tip: To make changes to multiple users, Aptela recommends that you login as the Operator.
