Why does my Aastra 6757i CT display a "No Service" Message?

One of two reasons will cause your Aastra 6757i CT phone to display a "No Service" message:

1)  There is too much traffic on your network. In this case the phone cannot reach the network or another server on it.  In most occurrences, you will still be able to make and receive calls although this message displays.  However, if there is too much traffic on the network, you will be prevented from doing so until the phone restores connection with your network.

2)  The settings are incorrect.  If you followed Aptela's auto-configuration instructions, this is less likely the case.  If you did not follow Aptela's configuration instructions, click here to access instructions to auto-configure your phone.
