Will Aptela VoIP service work with Internet access over satellite?

Not reliably. Satellite service has quite a bit of delay (latency) due to the distance of geosynchronous satellites (26,000 miles or more), and that delay makes it very difficult for any VoIP service to work properly as latency is an important factor.
