Whether you're new to VoIP or an experienced techie, our recorded, self-paced training sessions will get you up to speed quickly with your new Aptela phone service. Best of all, sessions are free to all customers and partners, and allow you to access the courses based upon your availability, replay sections as required, and forward them to colleagues. See below to identify the session(s) that meets your needs. User Training (You must have Windows Media 9.0 or higher and disable Pop-up Blockers to view the presentation)
What You'll learn: · Changing your password and voicemail PIN · Setting up your voicemail · Setting up your Find Me/Follow Me List · Setting up voicemail and fax notifications · Sending faxes via Aptela Who should attend: · All Aptela users · Account Operators who have administrative rights to their Aptela accounts. (Account Operators may choose to train their users internally using the training material as the Train-the-Trainer documentation.) Account Operator Training (You must have Windows Media 9.0 or higher and disable Pop-up Blockers to view the presentation)
