Telephone Numbers That Require Additional Actions Before They Can Be Ported to Aptela
|
Telephone Numbers associated with a Hunt Group There is no need to port every telephone number associated with the Hunt Group. We recommend that you port over the telephone number(s) that your customers know. One of the great benefits about Aptela is that we allow you to receive multiple, simultaneous calls without a Hunt Group. The above applies to the customers that use Centrex hosted solution through their current provider. Remote Call Forwarded Numbers If you are currently using a Remote Call Forwarding service, and you would like to port the forwarding number to Aptela, please request your existing provider to convert the forwarding number into a regular phone number. This change must be done prior to submitting the porting request to Aptela. |
