Porting Local Telephone Numbers to Aptela

In order to have your local numbers ported to Aptela, you need to complete the required forms below. Aptela needs these documents to initiate the porting process: Aptela Porting Request Form -  This form collects your Aptela account and contact information, as well as how your porting numbers should be assigned, or if Aptela should remove any temporary numbers from your account, once the port completes. Letter of Agency to Port Local Telephone Numbers - This form collects the numbers you wish to port to Aptela and company contact information. Copy of a recent bill from your current provider Download and complete the forms for all the numbers you would like to port. Be sure to complete the required fields marked with an asterisk (*). You can fax these documents to      (202) 747-2049           or email in PDF format to porting@aptela.com.
