Resetting the Polycom phone password if you forget it

Press 4, 6, 8, and * at the same time and the phone will ask for the ADMIN password (certain Polycom models use 1, 3, 5, 7 instead). 

If you've lost the admin password you will need to reset by using the MAC address. The MAC address is found on the back of phone on the bar code sticker.  The number is above the bar code  and starts with 0004F.

Please note:  this reset is equivalent to doing a Reset Device Settings on the phone. Passwords and network data are reset. Existing user settings are not affected.
