My Polycom phone says 'URL Call is Disabled'
|
When the phone says 'URL Call Disabled', this means the phone is not registering with our servers and you will not be able to make or receive calls. Verify that you do have a working Internet connection, and reboot your phone. You may also need to try rebooting your router. If you have tried these things and your problems continue, please contact our support department. |
