What if the auto-provision process fails to fully configure my phone?

What if my Polycom phone finishes the auto-provisioning process but doesn't work properly or the display is not correct? This problem is a very rare occurrence where the old data refuses to be overwritten.

We need to completely wipe the old configuration information.

On the phone, press the Menu button
Select 3. Settings
Select 2. Advanced
Enter the password: 456
Press Enter
Select 1. Admin Settings
Select 4. Reset to Default
Select 1. Reset Local Config
Are you sure? message appears
Press Yes

The phone will reformat, reboot and bring down the correct provisioning data.
