Overview of the User Navigation Pages on the Web Portal

The Aptela web portal allows users to take control of many useful features to help manage daily tasks via the pages within the Aptela user account.  Below lists all of the pages presented to Aptela users on the Navigation Bar.  To view each page in more detail, click on the page name.






  • From the Messages page, users can view call history, access tools to manage live calls through the call room, send faxes, and more.
  • From the People page, users can access their company directory and address book.
  • From the Call Tree page, users can view the company call tree menu and settings.
  • The Queues tab is where agents of queue departments log in and out of queue, view queued calls, and restore their call presence.  Aptela Queues is a purchased, add-on feature.
  • From the Settings page, users can access settings for their extension, user profile, and account and user record information.
  • From the Help tab, users can access support tools including the Aptela Knowledge Base and customer training.  Users can also request help from Aptela Support by submitting a ticket via a web form.  Note: Only the Account Operator is authorized to request billing information or account changes that impact services or fees.
  • Click on Logout to exit the web portal.
