User Navigation - About the Call Tree Page on the Web Portal

The Call Tree page displays your company's call tree menu and settings. This section is useful when users need to view or listen to their account call tree or view its settings via the web portal.  Only the Account Operator can edit the call tree.






Below is the default view users will see after clicking Call Tree from the Navigation Bar.






Below  is an example of what the settings for a menu option may look like.  Note that settings may vary based on the menu option selected.






Users can also view holiday and weekly schedules.
