Message Commands
Send a fax. You can type in one or more fax numbers, or use a fax list that you've already created (see Manage Lists)
Create a list of phone numbers, email address, or fax numbers. You can select numbers from the account Directory or from your Address Book. If you select any entry that does not have a valid number or address for the type of list you are creating, it will be ignored. Email and Fax lists can be used when sending emails or faxes; phone lists can be used when inviting users to a conference (see People/DirectoryConference Calling).
Search messages applies to whatever message folder you are currently in. For calls, you can search the From column and also specify a date range. You can search for all or part of a Caller ID (the name) or all or part of a phone number. It is important to note that if searching for a phone number, you cannot use formatting; you need to just use numbers. So, if searching for (703) 222-2222, you should put 7032222222 in the search box.
Every account has three system folders (Inbound, Trash, and Sent Items). You can create any number of personal folders into which you can move messages.
This allows you to delete any personal folder you have created. If there are messages in the folder, you will be given an informational warning. |
