I am seeing a 'Duplicate IP' message on my phone

Each network device must have a unique IP address. This error indicates that the phone detected another device using its assigned IP address.

If you are using static IP addressing then you need to give the phone a different IP address.

If you are using DHCP (dynamic addressing) then recycle the power on the phone. The phone will then ask the DHCP server for an IP address. This new address should be unique on the network and the phone should boot normally.

If you continue to get the 'Duplicate IP' message you will need to verify that your phone has DHCP enabled.
