Do I Need to Unblock Pop-ups to Manage my Aptela Account via the Web Portal?

Yes.  Several parts of Aptela, including My Account and adding Users or Departments, require that your browser allow pop-ups. For instructions to change your browser settings to allow pop-ups, you will need to check your browser's or toolbar's documentation.

Pop-up blocking software will prevent all pop-up boxes from displaying. In order to view all of the features of Aptela, you must enable (or allow) pop-ups for the Aptela site.
