Enhancements
Faxing
- New fax cover sheet. Cover sheet information can be entered via the New Fax dialog. For infomation on how to enable and use the new cover sheet, click here.
Reports - New Operator Report and excel macro to format and provide complete calling statistics. This replaces prior reports. Click here for more info and to download macro.
- Improvements in the Queues All Calls report (distinguish between the various No Answer Destinations); macro update for this and to add another page (call volume by week).
Queues - Agents now always available for Queue Recording & Monitoring. This removes the need for agents to be always logged into the application for managers to monitor their real-time activity.
Telephony - Update to fix some issues with with # vs. ## on outbound calls.
e911 - Order additional phone stickers
Other
- Preference to enable / disable web chat (disable by default for new customers). The chat applet can cause several problems including general web application slowness as well as the “this page has both secure and insecure” message.
Change number of Rings to Ring Time in the find me list. Updates
Message Log
- Voicemail, Recordings, Audio no longer cut off on playback for Firefox quicktime users.
- Fixed an edge cases of incomplete Caller ID info showing in message log
Call Tree
- Changes to the Operator Transfer no longer require re-publishing the Call Tree
Other
- Now able to update department name prompt via phone
- Fixed a case where ##7 (record) did not work
- Changed FTP password formatting to remove unnecessary space that could cause confusion
