How Do I Change My Personal Identification Number (PIN)?

The PIN is primarily used to setup and check voicemail. To change your PIN follow the below instructions.
  1. Log in to the Aptela account
  2. Select People from the Navigation Bar
  3. Place your cursor over the user who needs a new PIN
  4. Scroll down to Account Information
  5. Find the PIN field (to the right of the page)
  6. Enter and confirm your new PIN in the PIN and Re-type PIN fields (Note: the PIN must consist of four digits)
  7. Save changes
 
  • Note: If you forget your PIN, you will have to create a new one using the above instructions.  If you forget your login password, you will need to contact your Account Operator, who will need to provide you with a new PIN.
