Phone will not power on

Try the below quick troubleshooting steps if your SIP phone will not power on.
  1. If using local power and not Power over Ethernet (POE), verify that the power outlet that the phone is plugged into has power.
  2. If there are multiple phones on site of the same model, swap out the power supplies to determine if the problem is with the power supply or the phone itself.
  3. Try moving the phone to an outlet where another phone is known to work to further rule out the possibility of a bad power outlet.

If problems persist, please submit a ticket for Aptela support.
