How Do I Make Changes to My Billing Contact Information?

Only the Account Operator has the ability to make changes to your company's billing contact, address or email.  Please note that the company name cannot be changed here.  To change the company name, the Account Operator must submit a billing ticket via our online web form.
  1. Log in to your account as the Account Operator.
  2. Click Online Billing (located toward the bottom right of each page).  The Aptela Billing Portal will appear in a separate window.
  3. Enter your Client ID and operator password.
  4. Click Update Contact Info under the 'Billing Contact' section.
  5. Make updates.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Yes within the dialogue box.
