What do I do if I can't unpair my handset from the phone base?

If you are not given the option to unpair the handset from the base, unplug the battery from handset for at least 24 hours. Then scroll back through the phone and you should have the option to unpair. Refer to the Aastra 57i CT (6757i CT) Cordless Handset Pairing/Unpairing Guide for instructions to unpair your handset. |
