How Can I Obtain a Copy of an Invoice?

To view and/or print billing information for your account, the Account Operator will need to log into the application at www.aptela.com/my-account and locate the “Online Billing” link. This link can be found at the bottom of each page.

For your convenience, Aptela will continue to send your monthly invoice to the billing contact on your account. As a reminder, automatic payments are processed on the second business day after the invoices have been emailed to the billing contact.
