How do I Add Features to My Account (Queuing, Conferencing, Call Recording)?

To add any new fee-based functinoality to your account, we ask that the Account Operator submit a request to Aptela. Fee-based services include, but ar not limited to: queuing, conferencing, call recording, additional phone numbers and new departments.

Once the feature is enabled for the account, the Operator will assign the feature to the appropriate department(s) and user(s). This grants the Operator the control to add and remove these advanced features to manage costs.
