What is A CDR? How Do I Order CDRs?
|
A Call Detail Record (CDR) is a data record that contains information related to a telephone call, including the origination and destination addresses of the call, the date and time of the call, the duration of the call, the call completion status and the usage charge for the call. A new CDR is created on the 1st of each month for all call activity in the prior month. Almost all of the information available in the CDR, except the usage charge, is also available real-time via your Aptela operator account. To receive a CDR for a specific month, simply send your request to billing through our online form. Click here to send your request.
