To update your payment information on file with Aptela (example: update or change your credit card, debit card or ACH/bank account information), you must complete a Payment Authorization Form and fax it to the Billing Department at 571.643.0661. To protect the security of your account, Aptela only accepts Payment Authorization Forms sent to the Billing Department fax.
