As VoIP telephone service becomes mainstream, these governments and regulatory agencies are expanding traditional telephone service regulations, regulatory fees and taxes to services provided by VoIP companies like Aptela. Federal, state and local regulatory fees, taxes and cost recovery fees include but are subject to change and include but are not limited to the following: E911 Cost Recovery Fee Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee Universal Service Fund (USF) Fee State and Local Communication, Universal Service and E911 taxes |
