Can I See All Participants on the Conference Bridge?

Aptela Conferencing does not host a reporting system which notifies organizers of the participants on the call.  Organizers can, however, see which other department members are on the call.

This is useful for those who host internal meetings and wish to know who all from the department are on the call, allowing the organizer to know if he/she should wait a few more minutes or get started with the call.

1.   Log in to www.aptela.com/my-account as the User.
2.   Click on People.
3.   From the Directory tab, scroll to Directory Commands (lower right).
4.  Click on “Conference Calling” to view a list of conferences (departments) you belong to.   If no “Conferences” are listed, either you are not part of a department or your account does not have any departments.  If you are not part of a department, a Department Manager or the Account Operator will need to add you to one.  If your account does not have any departments, the Account Operator will need to add one.

5.  Below is the default view users will see after clicking on "Conference Calling"

 6.   Click on the conference (department) name.  A list of "conference members" will display along with their "status" in the bottom section.  Members marked as "joined" are on the call.
