How do I replace the battery on my Aastra 57i CT cordless handset?

If your battery dies while you are still within the 1 year manufacturer warranty, contact Aastra directly for a replacement. If your warranty has passed, you would need to purchase a battery from a retailer. Aptela’s distributor does not sell or replace Aastra batteries.

If you would rather replace the faulty equipment (base station and/or handset) through Aptela, submit a Technical Support ticket and describe the problem(s) you are experiencing so that we may route your ticket to the appropriate technician.
