Configuring the Aastra 6757i CT phone for multiple extensions or users

The attached Aastra 6757i CT Multi-line Configuration Guide (see attachments to the right) details how to configure the Aastra 6757i CT phone for multiple user extensions. The auto-provisioning process will automatically configure the phone for the primary user extension. With the Aptela system, the Aastra 6757i CT phone supports up to 4 line keys. Multi-line configuration useful for users who need to have additional user extensions ring to one phone. For example, a Secretary needing her second line configured with the CEO's extension, so she can personally screen all of his/her calls. Note: A single user extension can only be configured for up to two phones at any given time. This includes desk phone or softphone. For customers requiring assistance with phones not purchased through Aptela, we offer assistance at an associated fee of $50 per phone.
