How to Retrieve Custom Audios you Recorded

After you record your custom audios, you will be ready to retrieve your recordings via the web portal or your voicemail notification.* If you have not recorded your custom audios refer to How to Record your own Custom Audios. *If you wish to retrieve your custom audio files via voicemail notification, be sure that file format is set to .wav and not MP3 before recording your audio (see "Retrieving your Audio Files via Voicemail Notifications" below for instructions on how to change the audio format). If you retrieve your custom audio via this method you can disregard the above steps, and simply save the audio file to your hard drive via the email notification.
