The recommended format for sending faxes is: PDF If your faxes are received at a different size than expected,
please check the page setup sizing in the PDF document. It should be
8.5" x 11" with no scaling percentages set. Other formats that are supported: htm/html, tif/tiff, .doc, .ppt Note to Office 2007 users: you need to convert .docx and .pptx to the 2003 .doc and .ppt version. |
