Why am I getting voicemails when my “no answer destination” is setup as something else?
|
If your extension is setup to send unanswered calls to the call tree or another destination (queues only) instead of voicemail, callers can still reach your voicemail box by pressing the # key when calling your extension. If you prefer to not receive voicemails from callers, try recording a voicemail greeting that states the mailbox is not checked. This may discourage callers from leaving voicemails. |
