Overview of the Find Me List

The Find Me List (FML) controls how calls to your personal extension route and your voicemail settings.  With the FML, you can stay connected outside the office and never miss an important call...unless you want to. The FML is often used to route phone calls to another phone number or to another user's SIP (desk) phone if you are unable to answer your phone.  Simply click on the below link(s) to learn more about how to: Forward calls to another phone number Forward calls to another user's SIP (desk) phone Forward calls to a Toll Free Number For more advanced functionality, we recommend that you: Choose the Calling Method that fits your needs.  This controls the method in which your FML rings your phones. Adjust your Ring Times to control the length of time your phone(s) should ring. Enable Trust for VM Access to eliminate the requirement of entering your PIN when accessing the Aptela Voicemail System from your FML entries and/or SIP (desk) phone. Choose what to do with unanswered calls.  You can either send them to Voicemail or the Call Tree. Change the order sequence in which your FML entries ring.  This feature is useful when the "Dialing Method" is set to "Sequential."  Learn to enable and disable FML entries.  This is useful when you want to keep numbers in your FML but not have them ring.
