User Navigation - About the Settings Page

From the Settings page users can access:
  • Settings for their extension
  • Their user profile
  • Their account and user record information



The Preferences tab is the default page users will see after selecting Settings from the Navigation Bar.  From this page users can access settings designed for their personal extension.  These additional options allow users to customize settings to fit their unique needs.  Some settings are permission based and can only be accessed if granted permission by the account Operator.




By clicking the My Account tab, users can access their user profile.  From here users can:
  • Set up their Find Me/Follow Me list
  • Change their Password and voicemail PIN
  • Enable call screening settings and other call management features
  • Enable voicemail notifications
  • And more!

By clicking the About tab, users can access their account and user information including their Aptela assigned phone numbers.
