Ring Times for Find Me List Entries
|
Ring Time controls the length of time your Find Me List entries ring. We recommend 15-20 seconds for SIP (desk) phones and 20 seconds for mobile phones (since mobile phones take longer to start ringing due to their technology). This feature is useful for users who desire their phones to ring at a duration different than the default setting. Note: Do not set the ring time for mobile phones too high*. A high setting will cause the mobile phone's voicemail to pick up and the caller will route to its voicemail, not the Aptela System Voicemail. *Settings will vary based on the mobile phone provider and the provider's unique ring time for the mobile device.
