How to Enable or Disable Find Me List Entries

Users can use the Find Me List (FML) to store phone numbers that are not primarily used.  This is useful when you want to keep numbers in your FML but not have them ring. For example, Jane keeps her house phone number in her FML, but enables it when she works from home.
