How to Setup Your Find Me List to Forward Calls to a Toll Free Number

The Find Me List is used to forward phone calls to another 10-digit phone number and/or to another user's SIP (desk) phone. It can also be used to forward calls to a Toll Free Number (TFN). DO NOT use the forward feature on your SIP phone to route calls to other destinations. Doing so will cause calls to route directly to voicemail. Always use the Find Me List. Important: Please be sure to read through the "Important Notes" below before adding a TFN to your Find Me List.
***** Important Notes: Many Toll Free Numbers are equipped with their own IVR or Call Tree. When calls are forwarded to these destinations, the Aptela system will no longer be in control of the call and will not be able to route the caller back to your Find Me List for additional routing options.
